Terms & Conditions

Formation of Contract: These Terms & Conditions apply to all the Planning provided to you by us. A contract will between us once we have received your Secure Your Date with Deposit accompanied with initial payment.

Provision of Planning: We agree to provide the Planning to you payment fee & service charge subject to these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with your instructions as accepted by us upon formation of the contract.

Subject to your reasonable directions, we will be entitled to perform our duties under the contract as we see fit.

Company Authority: The customer recognizes the authority of the company’s Event manager and Skippers, understanding that they may take any decision they regard as necessary to ensure the health, welfare and safety of those taking part in the event.

Payment schedule: All prices quoted by Inventino Events & Entertainment (Brand by SBJ Group) may be amended when agreed with the Client and the Client will reasonably consider any errors or omissions or where an increase is caused by a change in the circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Inventino Events & Entertainment (Brand by SBJ Group).

Any query arising from an invoice must be notified to Inventino Events & Entertainment (Brand by SBJ Group) in writing by the Client within 10 working days of the date of the invoice receipt. Failure to comply will render the full invoice payable on the due date.

It is strictly the responsibility of the representative of the Client confirming the booking to inform all relevant parties of the payment terms, as set out by Inventino Events & Entertainment (Brand by SBJ Group).

Deposit – A deposit of 50% of the total fee payable (including GST), as quoted and agreed in the written proposal (attached), of any event or program shall be payable on confirmation of the order. The remaining Balance 50% shall be payable 7 working days prior to the event date.

Late Bookings – Should a booking be made within 20 working days of the event date, payment in full will be required to secure the event.

Liability Limitation: Although we do all possible checks to recommend professional and good suppliers, we are unable to give any guarantee as to the quality or suitability of third party service providers or their goods or Planning. Therefore in the unlikely event that a supplier does not meet your expectations, we cannot be held responsible for all third party supplier services. Therefore no liability shall attach to us in respect of any claims arising out of any cancellation of such Planning.

We shall not be liable to you for any loss, that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed nor for such loss damage, costs, expenses or other claims that were not caused by our failure to provide the Planning with reasonable care and skill or our breach of contract.

We shall not be liable to you for loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims arising from any information or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of yours.

Cancellation: Whether or not payment has been made, if the customer cancels within 4 weeks of the event there is a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation between 4 weeks and 8 weeks from the event incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 8 weeks from the event incurs a 15% cancellation fee.

Termination: This agreement shall without notice end should you default in the payment of any money due under these Terms & Conditions. If the provision of the Planning is terminated then you shall pay us without set-off counterclaim or other deduction whatsoever all arrears of the Service Charge

Changing our Terms & Conditions: We may change our Terms & Conditions at any time and will give you 28 days’ notice of any changes.

Use of Photographic Material: By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you allow Inventino Events & Entertainment (Brand by SBJ Group) (and subsequent partners and third parties) to use digital images of your celebration for marketing purposes in the future.

Function Details & Other Information: Customer should provide following information promptly on or before 15 days of the function. Non-submission of the same may cause cancellation without further communication.

  1. Complete details regarding billing i.e. in whose names billing will be done.
  2. PAN card copy of the billing names
  3. TCS: “TCS @ 1% would be required to be paid in addition in case, if cash Sale in goods/ Services in cash exceeding Rs. 2 Lakhs.
  4. Complete addresses of all billing names
  5. Complete menu finalization and décor finalization
  6. Minimum guaranteed guests for each function.

Other Terms:

  1. The Hotel undertakes the responsibility of providing food for not more than 15% extra persons above the minimum guaranteed numbers on given during the booking on agreed rates. Any increase above 15% will attract a 20% extra charges on the food value. Food will be supplied only as per available resource in case of such increase of pax.
  2. Hall should be vacated on or before the end time stated in the contract.
  3. We do not provide quarter plates in any of our counters.
  4. We do not allow any outside vendor for any kind of services. (Only authorized vendor of hotel is allowed).
  5. Bar Service:-will be available till 10:30 pm as per excise rules.
  6. Licenses & Govt. Permissions:- original copy of Bar License for cocktail party, Music license for live music, Live performances, Recorded Music etc and any other necessary permission required from Local administration would

be obtained & submitted by customer/party/event company to hotel 48 hours prior of the function.

  1. Music-D.J/Orchestra/Ghazal program/Live music/performances is allowed till 10.00 pm only as per Govt. rules.
  2. Dhol is not allowed in the hotel premises.
  3. Damages: – The customer is responsible and agrees to indemnify Hotel for any damage to the hotel properties by him or his guests.
  4. Delivery & collection of goods:- The hotel will only accept delivery of goods one(1) working day prior to event and all goods must be collected within two(2) working days after the conclusion of the event. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for any items delivered or left for collection these may be collected from the receiving area of the hotel within the stipulated working hours.

Covid Clause: Considering the current COVID 19 situation the following protocols need to be followed by all the guests’

  1. Event closing time – 11.00 pm
  2. All the guests should be carrying their masks and need to wear them at the event area also.
  3. It is mandatory to follow the strict social distancing by the guests.
  4. Temperature check and Hand sanitization is a must at the time of entering the hotel premises.
  5. In case of the complete Lockdown, the event dates can be postponed as per the availability of the venue and for the same the quotation will also be revised as per the rates available on the date of the fresh booking for the postponed dates.
  6. In the case of postponement due to lockdown the advance amount will be adjusted in the next function (fresh booking) within a year from the date of the cancellation.
  7. In case of COVID 19 worst case scenarios, the flow of the event will be as per the Government Guidelines rolled out for that particular period.

Events beyond our reasonable control: We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control, Or in such cases of adverse weather, causing delays or re-scheduling of your services.

Act of God:If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamity shall cause CLIENT to cancel the event, CONTRACTOR will require payment only for the time actually spent planning CLIENT’s event.

Inventino events will not responsible for any theft or loss of personal valuables of the guest
